摘要
以知识信息服务为基础,以用户需求为目标的信息服务模式已成为我国图书馆界发展的必由之路,图书馆如何在信息环境下开展知识信息服务是一个广泛的研究领域,本文探讨了教师名录的设立、特点、意义及适应这种服务的人力资源的重组。
It has become a necessary way that a pattern of information service which is based on information service and customers' need to the development of libraries of China, and it is a wide research field that how libraries can develop the information service under the information environment. This paper discusses the way of establishment, characteristic and significance of index of teachers and the reconstruction of human resources adapting to this service.
