The coordination problem of a kind of distribution system with a single manufacturer and multiple retailers under stochastic demand is researched in this paper. The optimal wholesale price and ordering quantities are determined in the goal of maximum profits of either sides and an approach is given to solve the model. A case is proposed and simulations are used to analyze the changes of the optimal wholesale price and ordering quantities when market changes occur.
