摘要
针对屠宰过程中的含血污水难以絮凝处理的问题 ,首先对其进行了适当的变性处理 ,然后将各段废水集中进行了絮凝处理研究 ,考察了多种絮凝剂的处理效果。结果表明 ,含血污水经过变性预处理后采用硫酸亚铁和氧化钙复合絮凝剂处理后 ,可得出理想的处理结果 ,出水COD可达 187.4mg L ,色度值为 75度。此方法简便、高效、有很好的环境和经济效益。
According to the problem that the waste blood water of slaughterhouse or abattoir was difficult to carry on flocculation treatment, the flocculations of every mixed wastewater were researched. As the same ,the treatment effectes of various flocculations were studied. The result showed that after dernaturation of protein pre-treatment with ferrisufas and polyacrylamide as a compound flocculant, the satisfactory result of treatment was achieved,COD reached up to 187.4 mg/L, transmittance became as high as 88.5 % and chromatic degree was 75. The method was convenient ,high-efficent and economic.
