摘要
详细介绍了 2 ,4二羟基二苯甲酮 (UV - 2 14)的性能和吸收紫外光的原理。同时进一步对合成 2 ,4二羟基二苯甲酮的各种制备方法进行了综合比较 ,给出了以间苯二酚和三氯甲苯原料 ,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为相转移剂时 ,反应温度为 40~ 5 0℃ ,常压条件下一步合成 2 ,4二羟基二苯甲酮 ,工艺步骤简单、生成设备投资低、相转移剂没有污染 ,具有较强的技术优势 ,易于工业化。结果表明 ,在相转移剂存在条件下 ,合成 2 ,4二羟基二苯甲酮的产品质量可靠、性能优越 ,具有良好的发展前景。
In this paper, the property of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone was introduced in detail. At the same time the different preparation methods were compared, and a new method had been put forward. That was, under the condition of reaction temperature 40~50 ℃ and the atmosphere pressure, using octadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide transfer agent, with resorcinol and benzotrichloride as raw materials, 2,4-Dihydroxybenzophenone was synthesized. The new technology had strong technical superiority, such as lower reaction temperature , simpler synthesis processes, and so on. The results showed that the product quality was reliable and the technology had good prospect.
