摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶工艺 ,以硝酸铝和钛酸丁酯为主要初始原料合成了钛酸铝前驱体凝胶 ,经过 13 5 0℃热处理后 ,得到了平均粒度 1μm左右的Al2 TiO5超微细粉体。
In this paper the processing of aluminium titanate powder by sol-gel method is researched,the gel forms through original materials:Al(NO 3)9H 2O,Ti(OBu) 4.The Al 2TiO 5 ultrafine powder whose average particle size is about 1?μm after the gel was treated at 1?350?℃ is obtained finally.
