摘要
以衢州电力通信为例,较为系统地阐述了电力系统通信设备监控系统的组成、功能要求和通信管理系统的实现方法,特别是在它们的运用结合上有一定的创见。
Through the example of Quzhou Electric Power Communication,the article systematically illustrates the formation and performance demand of surveillance&measure system and communication administration system.Then discusses how to carry out the communication administration system.Some innovations in the combinative application of these two systems are presented too.
