摘要
利用逆向工程法对某微型客车白车身碰撞吸能特性进行了建模和模拟计算,详细讲述了几何建模和有限元建模及计算的方法,将计算结果与白车身碰撞试验所得到的数据进行了分析比较。在几何建模以及有限元建模中,对结构是否简化、删除以及有限元单元划分大小等进行了有限元模拟验算。整个碰撞模型的模拟计算结果与所进行的碰撞试验结果基本吻合,证明所采用的建模和计算方法基本正确。这些方法对企业改善产品性能或开发新产品有重要的参考价值。
The model of impact energy absorbing characteristics of one minibus BIW is created by the converse engineering and the simulation calculation is done.Methods of geometry modeling and the finite element modeling as well as the calculation are introduced in detail.Comparative analysis between the calculation results and the test results is done.In the geometry modeling and the finite element modeling,problems of structure simplification,ignoring and the size of the finite element are studied with the finite element simulation checking calculation method.That the entire simulation results tally with the experimental results proves that methods of modeling and calculation used is correct.These methods have important reference value to improve product performance and to develop new products.
