摘要
广义成形性技术是以板料塑性理论为基础,结合冲压工程实际,综合运用CAD/CAE/CAM和信息处理技术,提供先进的冲压成形性指数,并在虚拟冲压工程环境中提供快速、准确、低成本的分析结果来指导工程实际。以汽车覆盖件拉深工艺及模具的设计和制造为例,介绍了广义成形性技术的应用情况,应用结果表明,运用该技术可降低模具制造费用、提高模具性能、减少废品率。最后对此技术的进一步研究开发工作进行了分析。
Based on sheet material plastic theory,combined with practice of stamping engineering and synthetically applying CAD/CAE/CAM and information processing technology,the generalized formability technology offers the advanced stamping formable performance index and offers the rapid,accurate and low cost analysis results in the virtual stamping engineering environment to guide the engineering practice.With the stretching process of automtive coverings and the design and manufacture of dies as examples,application of the generalized formability technology is introduced and it is shown that application of the technology can reduce manufacture cost,improve performance of dies and reduce scrap produts.Finally,the further study on the technology is analyzed.
