Research of the Process Integration of R&D Internationalization in Chinese Enterprises

摘要 随着R&D国际化的开展,企业技术活动的流程与集中的R&D有很大的区别。文章在回顾前人研究的基础上,对中国企业目前进行国际化的R&D活动中的流程整合情况进行了调查研究,将国际化的R&D流程分为项目计划期、项目执行期以及市场引入期,并就这三个阶段提出对策和建议。
