摘要 针对火电厂煤场废水的特点,研究设计了序批式煤水回收处理工艺。该工艺的絮凝试验、小型装置试验、中型装置试验结果证明,对于浓度在1000~3 000 mg/L的煤场废水,处理后的出水浊度可降至20 NTU以下,完全满足回收要求。该工艺系统简单,占地面积小、投资省,处理后的水质良好。 In the light of the characters of coal wastewater in thermal power plant, the SBR technique for the coal waste water treatment is researched and designed. The results of floccule experiment, little and middle device experiment have proved that the turbidity of treated water can be reduced below 20NTU for coal waste water with concentration of 1000-3000 mg/L. The technique can satisfy the requirements of recovery, and has the feature of better treated water quality, simple process, smaller occupied area and lower project cost.
