摘要
通过对宁夏电力公司银川供电局和银南供电局配电自动化试点工程和客户服务系统的介绍,对项目的效益进行总结分析,提出配电自动化技术可加强配电网的运行和管理,提高供电可靠性,以先进管理思想和信息技术来构建企业客户服务系统,为宁夏电力公司客户服务体系的转变提供有力的技术支撑和管理思路。
Through the introduction to power distribution automation experiment project and client service system executed in Yinchuan Power Supply Bureau and Yinnan Power Supply Bureau, the benefit of project is analyzed in this paper. It is proposed that power distribution automation can strengthen the operation and management of distribution network, improve power supply reliability. The client service system with advanced management and information can supply powerful technical support and management thought for client service of whole Ningxia Power Administration.
