摘要
在分析晶闸管正向导通压降的温度特性基础上 ,对不同温度下变流器均流系数Kimax做了分析、计算和试验。结果表明 :变流器均流系数随温度的升高而升高 。
Based on the analysis of temperature behavior of forward conduction voltage drop for a thyristors, the current balance coefficient K imax (CBC K imax ) of a converters are calculated and tested. Results show that CBC K imax of the coverter is incrsasing with the temperature. It provides a scientific basis for the converter in the test and the operation.
