摘要 一个数据库系统的周期可以分为设计、开发和成品3个阶段。在设计阶段进行优化的成本最低,收益最大;而在成品阶段进行优化的成本最高,收益最小。因而有必要在数据库的设计开发阶段进行数据库调优,以提高数据库的使用性能。从数据库信息分层优化、快速数据库恢复、解决死锁等方面进行阐述,对数据库进行优化设计,并将此数据库优化方法应用到电能采集与分析系统。实际应用表明所提优化方法的有效性。 The development of a database system is classified into three stages, namely, the design, the development and the products. In the process of design, the lowest cost and the maximum benefit are pursued. But in the process of product making, optimization will lead to higher cost and lower profits. So it is necessary to carry out database optimization during database developing stage to improve the performance of database. In this paper, the optimized designs are focused on the aspects of database information slice optimization, reinstating database rapidly, solving dead lock etc. Proposed optimization approach is applied to the electric power gathering and analyzing system. 
