摘要
由于单元机组负荷控制系统滞后和延迟较大,耦合严重,而多变量动态矩阵控制对模型精度要求不高,对惯性、延迟和耦合的适应能力较强,且有很强的鲁棒性,因此,把多变量动态矩阵控制用于单元机组负荷控制系统。仿真研究结果表明,该系统负荷响应速度较快,主蒸汽压力波动和控制量变化较小,取得了比较满意的控制效果。
Boilerturbine unit has the characteristics of large inertia,long time delay and strong coupling. The multivariable dynamic matrix control scheme has better adaptability to such delay and coupling band is suitable to the boilerturbine unit load system. Simulation results show that this system presents faster load response speed, small mainsteam pressure fluctuation and manipulated variable variation.
