摘要
对Gln小肽在氨基酸营养液中的使用以及Gln小肽的稳定性和代谢机制进行了论述。Gln是一种“条件必需氨基酸” ,但Gln的水溶液不稳定 ,因而在氨基酸输液或氨基酸营养液中 ,用Gln小肽代替Gln单体使用。Gln小肽含有取代的α NH2 。
Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid,but glutamine is not stable in aqueous solution.So glutamine peptide was used to substitute for glutamine in total parenteral nutrition.Glutamine peptides were moere stable than glutamine,because glutamine peptide had a substituted α-NH 2.In this paper,the stability and the metabolic mechanism of glutamine peptides and proteins were discussed in detail.
