摘要
在 MPX-2 0 0 0摩擦磨损试验机上 ,评价了 EMP复合材料与钢的磨损 .在本试验条件下 ,分别构造了 EMP复合材料和钢试样的磨损率与试验速度、压力间的关系 ,据此联合构造了这两种材料的组合磨损方程 ,与实测数据的对比误差分析表明 。
The wear properties of EMP composite worn against steel were investigated on MPX 2000 testing rig. Under this test condition, the expression, which expresses the relations among wear rate of EMP composite and velocity and press, was constituted by analyzing measured data. And the expression about steel was also obtained. Hereby, the equation of integrated wear of EMP composite and steel was constituted. The errors between theoretical calculation and measured data show that all equations are rational. It is important to lucubrate the wear of EMP composite and steel and the design of usage period in industry.
