摘要
结合绞吸挖泥船泥泵壳修复方法 ,介绍了泵壳内衬高合金耐磨铸铁镶块固定所用双金属压板的作用及其组成 ,叙述了双金属压板的浸润焊制造方法的特点及其工艺过程 .对浸润焊制备的双金属板耐磨层进行了显微观察、硬度测试及泥沙磨损实验 ;分析了浸润焊方法对堆焊层中碳化钨性能的影响 ,讨论了双金属压板耐磨堆焊层的泥沙磨损机理及其胎体与硬质相的相互作用 .应用表明 :双金属压板较好地解决了镶块固定中耐磨性与焊接性的矛盾 ,充分发挥了双金属压板的复合性能特征 。
Combining the repairing method and application requirements of dredging pump shell, the paper introduces constitutions and functions of the double metallic pressing board used in securing high alloy cast iron liner, and explains the brazing process and manufacturing characteristics. With the wear resistant deposit of double metallic pressing board, it has also carried out an observation on microstructures, hardness and sand slurry wear tests, analyzed the influence of brazing process on the property of tungsten carbide, discussed sand slurry wear mechanism as well as the interaction between base metal and hard particles. The application result shows that double metallic pressing board compromises preferably its wear resistance and weldability in securing the liner, displays its composite properties effectively. The running lifetime of repaired pump shell increases remarkably.
