摘要
摩擦学设计是把运动机械作为摩擦学系统而进行的综合设计 ,它有特殊的设计准则和知识背景 .文中给出了摩擦学设计的一般准则、思想和步骤 ,并应用这些思想进行了船用 Z型传动锥齿的完整设计 ,最后得出摩擦学设计具有系统性、科学性。
The tribology design is an integrated one that assumes machine as tribology system, which has special designing criteria and knowledge background. Here lists the common criteria, methods and procedure of tribology design. Z type cone shape gears, which is used in ship propulsion system, is designed as a example applying this idea. It is concluded that tribology design has better scientific characters of system, optimization and dependence on operating conditions and surrounding, etc.
