摘要
设计了评价跨国公司对外直接投资优势指标体系 ,它包括企业内部优势、企业对外优势和东道国区位优势 ,其中每个优势又包括一些子因素 .运用层次分析法对指标体系进行综合评价 。
The paper designs an index system, which evaluates foreign direct investment (FDI) advantages of multi national companies (MNCs). It comprises business internal advantages, business foreign advantages and host nation's location advantages. Each among which consists of a set of sub factors. The paper applies analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the index system, and thus provides MNCs a base for FDI decision making.
