摘要
本文论述了连杆螺栓联接松动的机理,并指出横向交变动载荷是使螺纹松动的主要因素。CA6102发动机连杆螺栓通过试验得出螺栓的设计结构、材料选择、螺纹配合间隙、硬度值等是合理的;最后指出应控制最佳扭矩值和保证关键部位所要求的形位公差。
The mechanism of self-loosening of con-rod bolts is discussed. It was found that trans-verse cyclic load is the most important factor affecting self-loosening of connecting rod bolts .Basedon the eomparative tests of various con-rod bolt versions for CA6102engine on a trans verse vibration testeritwas concluded that thedesign, material, threadfit and hardnaess of the existing bolt of CA6102 engine are all reasonable .Cobnt rolling the optimal tightening and ensuring the form and position tolerance in key areas are important.
