手术误伤肺静脉的诊断与处理——附6例报告

Diagnosis and management of pulmonary vein injury during surgery

目的 探讨手术造成肺静脉损伤的临床表现以及处理结果。 方法 结合文献对 6例手术误伤肺静脉病例进行回顾性分析。 结果 死亡 4例 ,治愈 2例。 结论 手术误伤肺静脉后果严重 ,强调细心解剖避免损伤 ,一旦损伤 ,早期发现和积极正确处理是决定预后的关键。

Objective In order to study the manifestations and the results of management of pulmonary vein injury during surgery. Methods 6 cases of this injury and brief discussion were retrospectively analyzed. Results 4 deaths and 2 remissions or cure were shown in this series. Conclusions Serious conseques can be caused by pulmonary vein injury.Emphasis should be put on the technique and prevention.Early diagnos is and correct management is important to obtain a good prognosis.
