摘要
本文就如何打造杭州清河坊历史街区的品牌问题从五个方面作了调查研究 :( 1 )进一步具体明确街区定位 ,统盘安排调整经营结构 ;( 2 )深入挖掘老杭州商业文化的历史内涵 ,有机地加以整合利用 ;( 3)理顺营业用房产权关系 ,改革物业管理体制 ;( 4 )加快启动二期开发 ,及早完善配套设施 ;( 5 )多形式多渠道塑造街区品牌 ,加强街区品牌的宣传。
This paper discusses how to produce fame for Qinghefang, a historic street in Hangzhou City and makes 5 recommendations: 1) to clarify the purpose of reserving this street as a historic spot so as to make business scope adjustment; 2) to utilize the connotation of Hangzhou commercial tradition; 3) to better the administration of the street; 4) to fasten the second construction project for this street to better its infrastructure; and 5) to make feasible market decisions to attract more tourists.
