摘要
目的建立金莲花片质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对金莲花进行定性鉴别;采用紫外分光光度法测定金莲花片中的荭草甙含量。结果 TLC色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;荭草甙含量在0.005～0.0465mg/ml之间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.2％,RSD=0.97％(n=5)。结论该法快速、简便、准确,重现性好,可用于金莲花片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Jinlianhua Tablet. Methods Trollius Chinensis was identified by TLC, the content of Orientin determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Results The spots in TLC were clear and easy to be distinguished. The linear was 99.2%,RSD= 0.97% (n=5). Conclusion The method is quickly, simple, accurate and repeatble. It can be used for the quality control of Jinlianhua Tablet.
