摘要
目的:测定苯酚滴耳液中苯酚的含量。方法:参照中国药典2000年版二部收载的紫外分光光度法在270nm波长处进行实验。结果:通过实验苯酚在270nm波长处有最大吸收,平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.67%。结论:本法操作简便、快速、结果准确。
Objective: The article introduces the method of measuring the amount of phenol in the ear drops by spectrometer with ultraviolet. Method: According the experiment of ear drops by spectrometer with Ultraviolet rays at 270nm waves in Chinese Pharmaceutical Pictionary 2000 Edition. Result: The measured waves are 270nm, and the average recycling rate in 99.72%. Con- clusion: It's easy to operate with a swift and accurate result.
