Field Testing of Grouting Method Treating Multilayer Mined-out Region under Expressway

采空区的治理是矿区工程建设关键技术之一。以某高速公路下伏多层采空区注浆充填法治理试验工程为依托 ,重点探讨多层采空区注浆层位次序的选择、注浆孔成孔工艺、注浆管下贯深度、封孔装置和位置、中间及边缘注浆孔注浆工艺、浆液可注性、孔口投砂等问题 ,确定了浆液扩散半径、单孔注浆量和终孔标准等注浆参数 。

Mined?out region treatment is one of important technology in mine construction.Based on grouting method field testing treating multiplayer mined?out region under expressway,this paper studies some problems,including grouting stratum and order selecting,drilling technics of grouting bore,grouting pipe perforating depth,sealing equipments and position,grouting technics of middle and marginal bore,injection characteristics of serosity,filling sand and so on.The grouting parameters are presented,such as diffusing radius,grouting quantity of every bore,and the standard of terminating grouting,which would be important reference to similar engineering.
