公路路线多方案评价中的模糊一致矩阵方法 被引量:11

摘要 层次分析方法是方案决策的重要方法 ,它的理论、模型和方法都是以相对隶属度和隶属度函数为基础的。基于GIS技术的公路路线多方案分析这类定性因素与定量因素并存、正相关与负相关系数混杂的多因素、多层次评价中准确地确定隶属度值是十分困难的。应用模糊一致矩阵的概念建立多因素、多层次决策方案的优选 ,利用优先关系系数来描述方案间的优劣 ,在大量定性因素与定量因素并存的决策中成功地避开了隶属度确定问题。文中对基于GIS技术的公路选线实例方案进行优选 。 AHP is an important method for priority decision?making Its theory,model and approach for multi?objective decision making systems is based on relative membership degree and relative membership function On the multi?plans synthetic evaluating of highway routes selection plans based on GIS technique, the qualitative factors and quantitative factors are mixed It is because of this, correct determination of membership is very difficult Application of the concept and the operation properties of fuzzy consistent matrix , to established a multi?level and multi-factor optimum selection method for decision making, it is more practical than the normal AHP method because the optimum selection in decision making is related to many factors at different levels The method describes the advantages and limitations of different schemes by use of prior relation coefficient and the determination of the membership of fuzzy judgement method is not necessary, so it is very convenient and practical In this paper some schemes of Route selection besed on GIS are made by means of this method and satisfactory results have been obtained
