摘要 智能IC卡在高速公路路网中应用的安全性不容忽视。本文首先提出IC卡在高速公路联网收费中的安全模型 ,该模型是基于IC卡的应用而由发卡方、软件制造方、读卡器、卡片和信息控制方等组成 ,各个组成方之间的关联引发了安全问题 ,本文分析了模型中IC卡面临的这样的威胁与攻击 ,最后结合联网收费的具体应用针对相应的攻击给出了解决方法与策略 ,这些方法包括加密算法 ,密钥管理 ,身份认证和签名 ,读卡器与IC卡之间的安全机制 ,密钥管理等方面的措施 。 The application and security of smart card in highway network are very important and can not be ignored In the paper the security model for smart card based on the application of IC in the highway network is brought forward The model includes the card?issuer, software provider, reader, cards and information controller which may cause the security problems The Possible attacks on smart card within the model have been analyzed and the methods to protect the smart card have also been provided These methods include the encryption algorithms, key management, digital signature and authentication, the mechanism between the reader and IC cards etc A secure environment based on the application of IC cards in the highway network are suggested in terms of technology and management
