摘要
以硫酸钛为主要原料,用沉淀法在600℃下制备了TiO_2-CdS、TiO_2-NiS、TiO_2-ZnS的纳米复合物(每种硫化物掺杂摩尔比分别为5%、2.5%、0.5%、0.25%),用XRD、IR对产物结构进行了表征,并通过测定甲基橙的脱色速率,评价了所有样品的的光催化活性。实验结果表明:硫化物的不同掺杂量对产物结构的影响不大,这使得平行样的光催化活性无明显变化;不同的硫化物在同一掺杂量时,其光催化活性大小次序为TiO_2-ZnS>TiO_2-CdS>TiO_2-NiS。
TiO_2/CdS, TiO_2/ZnS and TiO_2/NiS nanocomposite - photocatalysts were prepared by precipitation method (the mole content = 5%, 2. 5%, 0. 5%, 0. 25%, specifically). The structure of nanocomposite was characterized by XRD, IR and the photocatalytic activity was evaluated by determining the decolouring speed of methyorange. It was found that the different content of sulfide had no obvious effect on the structure of nanocomposite so that the. photocatalytic activities of parallel samples had no obvious change, But the order of photocatalytic activity of nanocomposites doped by different sulfide was TiO_2/ZnS> TiO_2/CdS> TiO_2/NiS.
