摘要
目的 :研究心脑通在大鼠体内的抗衰老作用。方法 :建立实验动物模型 ,分别测定如下指标 :血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、血清和心脏脂质过氧化物 (L PO)、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)的活性。结果 :心脑通使老年大鼠血清 TC、TG、L PO和心脏 L PO水平有不同程度降低 ,以 D组更为明显。 B、D组血清分别为 TC(1.95± 0 .2 6 )、(1.4 1±0 .30 ) mmol/ L(P<0 .0 5 ) ;TG为 (1.70± 0 .2 4 )、(1.34± 0 .2 5 ) mmol/ L(P<0 .0 5 ) ;L PO为 (9.4± 0 .33)、(6 .5± 0 .15 )μmol/ L(P<0 .1) ;心脏组织 L PO为 (4.1± 0 .18)、(2 .2± 0 .2 7) nmol/ mgprotein(P<0 .0 1)。D组 GSH- Px活力也有明显提高。结论 :心脑通可能在延缓衰老。
Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Xinnao Tong against old and feeble in rat.Methods:To establish animals the experimental model and determine the concentration of thriglyceride (TC), cholesterol (TG) and lipid peroxide (LPO) in blood serum; LPO in heart tissue; glutathione peroxides (GSH-Px) in blood.Results:Xinnao Tong is able to reduce the concentration of TC?TG and LPO in blood serum of aged rats. And LPO in the heart of rats is descended, especially in the group D. TC in blood serum of the group B?D are 1.95±0.26?1.41±0.30 mmol/L ( P <0.05) respectively, TG is 1.70±0.24?1.34±0.25 mmol/L ( P <0.05); LPO is 9.4±0.33?6.5±0.15 μmol/L ( P <0.01);LPO in the tissue of heart is 4.1±0.18?2.2±0.27 nmol/mg protein ( P <0.01). The vitality of GSH-Px in group D is enhanced obviously.Conclusion:Xinnao Tong has certain effect for inhibiting old and feeble in the aged people, and preventing and remedying the diseases of heart and blood vessel.
