摘要
目的 :研究龟叶草不同部位的抗炎作用。方法 :采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、大鼠肉芽组织增生法。结果 :龟叶草不同部位水煎液均能较显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠肉芽组织增生 ,效果明显优于阳性对照组氢化考地松。叶与茎水煎液抗炎效果统计学上无显著性差异。结论 :龟叶草应以全草入药 。
Objective: To study the anti inflammatory of different parts of Rabdosia excisus (Maxim) Kudo. Methods: Adopting mice ear edema and paper induced granuloma formation. Results: Water extracts of different parts of Rabdosia excisus (Maxim) Kudo could significantly inhibit the increase of mice ear edema and paper induced granuloma formation. The effects are better than Hydrocortisone injection. The effects of extracts of leaf and stem have no remarkable differences. Conclusion: To utilize natural resources sufficiently, we can use all the leaf and stem of Rabasia excisus (Maxim) Kudo.
