娱乐场所女性服务人员性传播疾病感染调查及干预效果评价

Investigation and Evaluation of Intervention Effec for STD Infection in Women Working in Public Places for Entertainment

目的 通过调查了解克拉玛依市娱乐场所女性服务人员性病 (STD)感染状况、艾滋病的有关知识、态度和行为 ,避孕套使用情况等 ,探索在该人群中开展行为干预的方法与措施。 方法 对娱乐场所女性服务人员进行性病检测及采用授课、观看 VCD和定性访谈等方法进行干预。 结果 娱乐场所女性服务人员 STD感染率由干预前的 30 .9%下降至干预后的 12 .7%。干预后对性病艾滋病预防知识有一定的了解 ,但对艾滋病仍存在恐惧心理。与嫖客性交时认为有必要和实际使用避孕套者分别由干预前的 6 4 .4 %、18.6 %上升到干预后的 10 0 %、72 .0 %,与丈夫或男友性交时认为有必要和实际使用避孕套者分别由干预前的 4 9.5 %、9.6 %上升到干预后的 5 9.0 %、13.7%。调查发现该类人群愿意接受性病艾滋病防治知识 ,改变其危险行为 ,提高自我保护意识。 结论 我市娱乐场所存在着传播性病艾滋病的高危行为 ,在干预活动中不仅要提供性病艾滋病的防病知识 ,还要采取其它更有针对性的干预措施 ,尤其是考虑在娱乐场所中提供质量可靠的避孕套。

Objective To understand the STD infection situation,HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude and risk behaviors and condoms use among women working in public places for entertainment in Karamay,explore methods and measures of the behavior intervention. Methods The survey methods include symposium,watching VCD of health education and interview. Result The rate of STD infection droped from 30.9% before intervention to 12.7% after intervention. After the interven-tion They had some knowledge of prevention of STD/AIDS,but still had some confused ideas about AIDS with fear.Rate of women who think it was necessary to use condoms increased from 64.4% before intervention to 100.0% after intervention when had sex intercourse with male visit prostitutes. and rate of those who actually used condoms increased from 18.6% to 72.0%? Rate of women who think it was necessary to use condoms increased from 49.5% before intervention to 59.0% after intervention when had sex intercourse with husband or boyfriend,and rate of those who actually used condoms increased from 9.6% to 13.7%. Conclusion The women working in public places for entertainment are high risk population of spreading STD/HIV.It is important not only to provide knowledge of STD/HIV prevention, but also to take effective intervention measures,especially to supply condoms of high quality in intertainment venues.
