摘要
目的 观察重金属镉中毒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。 方法 采用不同浓度重金属镉盐建立小鼠慢性镉中毒 ,并检测其免疫功能指标。 结果 高剂量组和低剂量组之间 ,除 IL - 2含量有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )外 ,而淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素水平均无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;各项免疫指标中 ,高剂量组和低剂量组均明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。 结论 重金属镉对小鼠机体免疫功能有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To study the effects of cadmium poisoning on immune function. Methods To make the animal model of Cadmium in rats by different Cadmium Chloride in water, and sample the rat blood and determine the immunologic criteria. Result The results showed that the IL-2 level was signficant different between high dosage group and low dosage group(P<0 05). The data, such as ANAE positive rate of lymphocytes, delayed allergic reaction, the level of serum hemolysins had no signficant differences between the two groups (P>0 05). All immunological indexes in high or low group were lower than those in control group (P<0 05,P<0 01). Conclusion It indicates that Cadmium has significant inhibition on immunologic function of mice.
