摘要
目的 研究测定微量砷的新方法。 方法 采用硼氢化钠将砷还原成砷化氢 ,用钼蓝吸光光度法测定。 结果 在 λ=80 0 nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数 ε=2 .11× 10 4·L· mol- 1·cm- 1 ,砷含量在 0~ 10 ug/ 10 ml内符合比耳定律 ,平均回收率达 94 %。 结论 该法灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便、快速 。
Objective To study the new method for determination of micro arsenic. Methods Arsenic was reduced by sodium borohydride. Determination was made by molybaoarsenate spectrophotometry. Result λ=800nm.ε=2 11×10 4·L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~10 ug/10 ml averag recovery rate 94%. Conclusion This method is characterized by high sensitivity, selectiveness, simplicity and rapidity. The determination of organism specimen is satisfying.
