摘要
目的 :探讨冠心病 (CHD)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法测定了 6 8例CHD患者和 30例非冠心病患者的血清IGFⅡ水平 ,进行对照统计分析。结果 :CHD组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于对照组 (t=5 5 0 6 ,p<0 0 1) ,合并急性心肌梗塞组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于无合并组 (t=2 2 5 4 ,p <0 0 5 )。出现心力衰竭组血清IGFⅡ与无心力衰竭组无显著差异 (t=0 92 1,p >0 0 5 )。住院死亡组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于好转出院组 (t=2 4 0 2 ,p <0 0 5 )。结论 :CHD组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于对照组 ,合并AMI组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于无合并组 ,住院死亡组血清IGFⅡ水平显著高于好转出院组。
Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum insulinlike growth factor Ⅱ (IGFⅡ) levels in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. Methods The serum IGFⅡ levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 68 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 30 controls with only mild non-cardiac diseases. Results Compared with the controls, the serum IGFⅡ level in CHD patients were increased significantly (0 66±0 13μg/L VS 0 51±0 11μg/L; t=5 506,p<0 01 ). Serum IGFⅡ levels in patients complicated with acute myocardial infarction ( n=12 ) were higher ( t=2 254,p<0 05 ) than those in patients without AMI ( n=56 ) However, the serum IGFⅡ levels in patients complicated wth chronic heart failure were not much different from those in patients without chronic heart failure ( t=0 821,p >0 05).Levels in patients dies in hospital ( n=9 ) were much higher than those in patheits recovered ( n=59 ) ( t=2 402,p <0 05). Conclusion Serum IGFⅡ levels seems to be related to the seriousness of CHD; the actual mechanism remains to be defined.
