企业管理理论已经发展到了企业精神激励模式阶段。企业精神是企业的灵魂,是企业市场制胜的法宝,是企业形象策划的关键。但企业精神也会具有消极的反作用,应予以重视。
The Business Administration Theories have developed to witness the time of Corporate Culture Encouragement. Corporate Culture is the spirit of a company, the weapon to be competitive in the market, and the hinge of the Corporate Identity System (CIS).But the negative role of Corporate Culture should not to be neglected.
