Experimental Research of the Immunoregulation Effects of the Lichun Capsules

目的 :验证立春胶囊的免疫调节作用。方法 :小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验 (半体内法 )、血清凝集素测定法 (血凝法 )、二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发性超敏反应试验。结果 :立春胶囊具有增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用 ;能提高小鼠体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。结论

OBJECTIVE To test and verify the immunoregulation effect of the Lichun capsules.METHOD Test of the macrophages of the abdominal cavity of mice phagocytose the erythrocytes of chickens(Se in vivo ). Test of the assaying of hemagglutinin in blood serum(blood coagulatin tests was conducted). Test of the delayed type hypersensitivity of mice was induced by dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB).RESULT The Lichun capsules have the effect to enhance the engulf ability of macrophages of the abdominal cavity of mice. They can promote production of anti bodies within mice, so that they can elevate the function of humoral immunity.CONCLUSION The Lichun capsules have the effect to enhance the immunocompetence of the body.\
