以心理学第三势力登上历史舞台的人本主义心理学,强调在物质高度发达的现代社会中以人为本的重要性,并认为人是整体的人、自主的人、独特的人。素质教育作为近年来教育中的热点问题,在一定程度上也体现了这一思想。人本主义心理学视野中的素质教育体现了教育对人性的认同。

Humanistic psychology,which mounted on the stage of history as the third force of psychology,emphasizes the importance of taking human beings as foundation in the highly advanced modern society, and regards a person as whole,subjective and peculiar.Quality education ,as a topic of general interest in recent years ,reflects similar idea to some extent.This thesis explores quality education in the visual angle of humanistic psychology,and holds that quality education embodies the identification of education to the human nature.
