To Know Present by the Past Experience and Creat a New Situation--on the Appreciation of Writings in Classical Chinese and Modern Man's All-round Development

今天我们最关注素质教育、最关心人的全面发展。而文化发展的事实表明:古诗文陶冶人滋养人的根基作用越来越明显。但是,关于古诗文鉴赏对人的全面发展所起的作用,我们的认识还没有完全到位。应当从它鉴赏的基础、方法、层次上去把握,使传统文化的精华部分能够在当今社会生活中发挥新作用,提高全民族的文化水平,让每个人的文化底蕴都有所增强,让每个人的素质都趋于全面。这也是我们教育的主要目的。

Nowdays we pay great attention to quality education and a person's all-round development.However,the fact of cultural development shows that writings in classical Chinese play an imporant role in exerting a favourable influence on a person's character,etc.But we have no enough knowledge that the appreciationof writings in classical Chinese has an impact on a person's all-round development.We should understand from the ancient poems apprecational base,method and level,so that the essence part of our traditional culture can play a new role in modern social life.We can improve the cultural quality of the whole nation,and everyone can not only improve cultural comotation but also make us all-round development.It is a main goal of modern education.
