摘要 目的 :制备具有高效免疫活性的抗致龋菌鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白 (IgY) ,评估其临床防龋功能。方法 :以变形链球菌皮下注射免疫产蛋母鸡 ,采用聚乙二醇 (PEG)两步沉淀法提取IgY ,微量凝集试验检测IgY免疫效价及交叉免疫特性 ,并观察其抑菌效果 ,与含氟漱口水比较其临床防龋功能。结果 :作者制备的IgY免疫效价为 1∶5 12 ,具有抑制变形链球菌生长 ,并与其他较常见的变形链球菌c、e、f血清型结合发生交叉凝集反应 ,经临床验证结果表明IgY漱口水与含氟漱口水龋患发生率相近。结论 Objective: To Prepare IgY extracted from chicken egg yolk and to evaluate its anticarious effect. Methods: Egg laying hens were immunized with hypodermal injection of streptococcus mutans. IgY was purified with PEG two step precipitation.The titer and specific property of cross immunization of IgY were detected by microagglutination tests. Its bacteriostatic effect was observed and its clinical anticariogenic function was compared with that of fluorine containing gargle.Results:The titer of IgY prepared in the laboratory was 1∶512 with properties of inhibiting growth of streptococcus mutans and having cross agglutinative reaction with other common S.mutans c,e,f serum groups.Clinical verification proved approximate incidence of dental caries in population using IgY gargle and in those using gargle containing fluorine.Conclusion:Preparation of anti S.mutans chicken egg yold immunoglobulin has protection against dental caries.
