Presulfuration and Hydrogenation Effect Evaluation of 3996 Catalyst in Poly( α - olefin) Lube Unit

介绍了3996催化剂在聚-α烯烃合成润滑油装置中的预硫化过程。对3996催化剂进行了实验室和工业评价,讨论了反应温度、空速对3996催化剂加氢效果的影响。结果表明,3996催化剂具有良好的低温活性,是一种高性能、多用途、高活性的加氢精制催化剂。

The presulfuration process of 3996 catalyst in poly( a - olefin) lube unit was described. The laboratori-al and industrial evaluations of 3996 catalyst were carried out. The influences of reaction temperature and space velocity on hydrogenation effect of 3996 catalyst were discussed. The results showed that 3996 catalyst had good low temperature activity and was a good catalyst for hydrorefine.
