洛伐他汀对高脂血症患者血小板CD62p的影响

The effects of lovastatin on platelet CD62p inpatient with hyperlipidemia

目的 探讨洛伐他汀对高脂血症患者血小板活化功能的影响。方法 选择 1999～ 2 0 0 0年在我院门诊就诊或住院的高脂血症患者 30例为研究组 ,每晚顿服洛伐他汀 2 0mg ,连用 8周 ,检测用药前及用药后 4周、 8周的血脂变化和血小板CD 6 2p的变化 ,并与 30例体检正常者 (对照组 )作对照。结果 治疗前两组CD 6 2p含量间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,洛伐他汀治疗前 ,治疗 4周时 ,8周时CD 6 2 p含量间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 洛伐他汀治疗高胆固醇血症患者 ,在降脂的同时 ,可抑制血小板活性。

Objective To clarify the effects of lovastatin in platelet activation on patient with hyperlipidemia.Methods 30 patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from 1999 to 2000 were selected.Serum lipids and blood platelet(cd62p)were examined in 30 health subjects and the patients before and after 4 or 8 weeks of lovastatin treatment(20mg/d).Results (1)After lovastatin treatment serum TG,TC,LDL-C were lower and HDL-C were higher than those before treatment.(2)CD62p in patients with primary hypercholestrolemia was obviously higher than that in normal subjects(P<0.01).After 4 or 8 weeks of lovastatin treatment CD62p decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that lipid lowering therapy with lovastatin has beneficial effect on inhibiting the abnormality of platelet activation.
