北京市全科医师临床技能无菌术考试浅析

An analysis of clinical technical skill examination for the general practitioner in Beijing

目的 了解参加北京市全科医师考试队伍的现状以及他们对无菌术的掌握情况。方法 分析 2 0 0 1年 12月参加北京市全科医师资格考试医师的有关资料及无菌术的考试成绩。结果 考生来源有内、外、妇、儿、影像、保健、中医等专业 ,考试人数 12 2 6人 ,平均年龄 38岁 ,女 845人 ,占 6 9%,大中专学历者占 79%。考试成绩平均为(74 9± 14 6 )分 ,及格率 91 5 %。参加考前培训者成绩与未培训者成绩差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,不同文化程度考生的成绩间差异有显著性意义 ,不同职称考生的成绩间差异有显著性意义。结论 全科医师队伍组成以大中专学历为主。他们对无菌术有相当的掌握 。

Objective To study the situation and scores of the doctors who took part in clinical technical skill examination for the general practitioner in Beijing,and to provide information for work in the future.Methods The data about the doctors who took part in the clinical technical skill exam in December 2001 were collected and statistically analysed with SPSS 10.0.Results A total of 1226 doctors participated in the exam,895(69%) of whom were female.The average of age was 38 years old.The specialization,which the doctors exercised before exam,included internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,traditional Chinese medicine,heath protection,imaging and others.The mean score of the exam was 74.9±14.6,and the rate of passing exam was 91.5%.The score of the doctors who participated in the training course before exam was 77.8±13.1,and without training was 71.3±15.5.The difference between them is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The constitution of the general practitioners in Beijing were very complex,most of them had a secondary medical school and junior college diploma.Majority of the doctors had basic technical skills of asepsis.However,it is necessary for the specialists to be trained when they are to become general practitioners.
