87名银行储蓄所工作人员心理状况调查

Research on the psychological condition of 87 bank clerks

目的 了解银行储蓄所工作人员心理状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,对某市银行储蓄所87名工作人员进行测试 ,与SCL - 90中国常模比较各因子分的差异 ,并按性别、年龄分组 ,进行组间比较。结果 (1)储蓄所工作人员在躯体化、强迫、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑和人际关系 6个因子的得分和总分与全国常模组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )男性工作人员组与女性组在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、人际关系 4个因子间差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 )。 (3) 2 0～ 30岁组与 31～ 38岁组在焦虑、恐怖、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁 6个因子间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 银行储蓄所工作人员心理问题不容忽视 ,应加强其心理卫生保健工作。

Objective To recognize the psychological condition of the bank clerks.Methods The bank clerks were surveyed by using the symptom checklist(SCL-90) and divided into different groups according to different sex and age.The scores of factors in different groups were compared with those of Chinese SCL-90.Results (1)The scores of factors in somatoform,compulsion,phobia,depression,anxiety,and communication were significantly higher than those of SCL-90(P<0.05).(2)The scores of factors in depression anxiety,phobia and communication in female group were significantly higher than those in male group(P<0.05).(3) The scores of factors in anxiety,phobia,somatoform compulsion,communication and depression in 31～38 years old group were significantly higher than those in 20～30 years old group (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological condition of the bank clerks should not be neglected,and it is necessary to strengthen their psychological health care.
