摘要
利用抗旱系数、幼苗连续干旱、叶片保水力3种方法对经过辐射诱变及PEG选择的甘薯突变体进行抗旱性鉴定。抗旱性鉴定结果表明:其中两个株系抗旱性显著高于对照,其它株系的抗旱性不低于对照。初步认为通过离体筛选获得的耐旱突变体具有较好的遗传稳定性。
The drought resistance of radioactive induced mutants of sweet potato was identified by drought resistant index,seedling successive drought and water retaining capacity of leaves.The results showed that two strains were significantly hisher in drought resistance than that of CK, and the others were not lower in drought resistance than that of CK.This result indicated thai mutants obtained by in vitro selection have a stable heredity.
