褐口蘑异地栽培的栽培料配比研究

Study on the Ratio of Material Cultivating Kalgan Mushroom

为了把张家口坝上高原著名的特点——褐口蘑在南部进行人工栽培,用不同栽培原料并调整其配比进行人工栽培试验,通过调查料发酵情况,菌丝吃料情况,出菇情况,逐步摸索出适合河北南部人工栽培口蘑的最佳栽培料配比。结果表明:合理比例的玉米秸和鸡粪是河北南部栽培褐口蘑较为理想的原料。

In order to cultivate the kalgan mushroom that originated in grass land of Zhangjiakou in south of China, we studied the ratio of the material which used for cultivating the kalgan mushroom. Through investigation of the growth of fungus, the yield of mushroom, suitable ratio of cultivating material was developed. The result showed that com stock and chicken manure is the best material for cultivating kalgan mushroom.
