永磁同步电动机空载气隙永磁磁密波形优化 被引量:19

摘要 对内置式磁体结构永磁同步电动机的空载气隙永磁磁密波形进行了分析研究,提出采用不均匀气隙方法改善其波形分布,并采用模拟退火算法进行优化设计。电磁场的数值计算及实测结果表明,通过优化偏心设计,永磁同步电动机的空载气隙磁密波形得到了很好的改善。 The waveform of no-load airgap flux density of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed in this paper.The asymmetric airgap of PMSM is presented and studied to improve the waveform distribution.The simulated annealing algorithm is adopt to optimize the asymmetric airgap to obtain a no-load airgap flux density with sinusoidal distribution,which is verified by FEM calculation and experiment result.
