摘要
文章在分析已有的超声电机控制方法的基础上,针对实现超声电机控制的几个关键问题,如工作状态检测、频率跟踪、超声激振信号的直接数字合成、多变量控制等进行了总结和讨论,并提出了一些解决方案。
In this paper, firstly, the developed control methods are simply summarized. Then some key problems, such as system state detection, frequency tracking, and direct digital synthesizer, multi-variable control, are discussed. Some of their solving schemes are put forward.
