摘要
研究了吲哚美辛对番茄插条生根、扦插苗生长及苗质的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的吲哚美辛能有效地促进番茄插条生根,增加生根数和根干重,提高根系活力;并能促进扦插苗生长,增加茎叶干重,提高苗的质量。吲哚美辛的最适作用浓度为1000mg·L^(-1)。
The effect of the indomethacin on the root-taking of lycopersicon esculentum cutting, growth and quality of the shoot of Lycopersicon esculentum has been studied. The results shows that indomethacin of proper concentration can clearly promote root-taking and growing, increase numbers of root-taking and drying weight of roots, increase the vigor of root system. The compound can also improve the shoot's drying weight and quality. The optimum concentration of indomethacin is 1 000 mg-L-1.
