摘要
应用运动生物力学原理,探索体育运动规律,应用于教学中,是迅速提高教学效果的最佳方法,同时也是指导科研的有力依据。本文通过运用生物力学原理指导铅球教学,以探索教学方法和练习形式。
To apply mechanical principles of sports biology to physical education teaching is one of the best methods of quickly improving the teaching results. It is also the solid foundation for guiding the scientific research. This paper mainly discusses the teaching methods and scientific means of applying mechanical principles of sports biology ito shot teaching.
