摘要
创新教育已成为现代教育的主流,创新教育的实施离不开具有创新精神的教师,高师院校作为培养基础教育师资的基地,实施创新教育有着特殊的意义。本文从教育思想和教育观念的创新、教育内容的调整、教学方法的改革、教师科研能力和创新素质的培养以及教育教学的科学评价等方面论述了高师院校实施创新教育的具体措施。
Innovation education has been the main stream of modem education. The enforcement of innovation education can not be carried out without teachers with spirits of innovation. As the basis of developing basic - level education, it is of great significance for normal colleges to make innovations in education. This thesis tends to expound the concrete measures in innovation education in normal colleges from the following aspects: the innovation of educational thought and the idea of education, the adjustment of the content of education, the reform in teaching method, the ability of scientific research and the quality of innovation of teachers, scinetific e-valuation of education and teaching,etc.
